Heng Heng Home Supply is the exclusive distributor of Construction Equipment in Cambodia. Our company has located in Street 2004, Sangkat Tuek Thla, Khan Sensok, Phnom Penh. Our company is ready to provide the quality products and best services everywhere on time to customers in Phnom Penh. And now we are seeking a candidate to fulfill the position as below.

Main job tasks and Responsibility:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  •  Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Education and Requirments:

  • Completed BA
  • Good at English computer skill
