Regional Team Coordinator Full-time

ABOUT CUFA: CUFA is an international aid agency which delivers a range of projects focused on economic development through livelihoods, employment, enterprise and financial inclusion programs. CUFA has offices in Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Myanmar, and Australia. 

CUFA is seeking for Regional Team Coordinator to supervise regional teams (IT, Graphic Design, & Admin Officer) with the general administration of CUFA Cambodia and International Offices.  This position also supports the Village Entrepreneurs Initiative project with its reporting requirements.

Salary Range: 600 USD Monthly (Inclusive of tax)

Start Date: As soon as possible [Open to Cambodian citizens only] 

Main job tasks and Responsibility:

Position responsibilities

§  Supervise and support the regional team.

§  Supervise and support the Admin Officer to operate the VEI’s system, and ensure the up to date online fund tracking, CI payment, and maintenance of candidates online profile

§  Provide and Edit VEI’s project case studies and progress reports (English) for over 200 Australian supporters on a quarterly basis

§  Facilitate annual performance reviews for all staff and ensure that all country managers upload the completed documents in the CUFA drive

§  Provide support on delivering the policy training and ensure its implementation

§  Provide support to Sydney office for international recruitment, staff training and staff orientation.

§  Supervise Admin Team related to all CUFA staff travel and logistic arrangement

§  Supervise and support the Admin Officer to ensure that the CUFA Online filing (G-drive) system is well managed and up to date

 

 

Education and Requirments:

Essential criteria

§  High level of English skills (both written and verbal)

§  An educational and/or employment background in business administration

§  Experience in administration and logistic work

§  Demonstrated experience in maintaining an efficient and well-organised electronic filing system

§  Strong interpersonal skills, including the capacity to maintain open and constructive communications with a wide range of stakeholders in an international context

§  High computer proficiency particularly in the use of  Internet and Email as well an in Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

§  Good attention to detail, ability to stay calm under pressure

§  Ability to cross-check project progress reports with professional accuracy

§  Strong analytical skills

§  Willingness to work in Phnom Penh and travel where needed

Other desirable Competencies

§  Knowledge in gender equality, child safety and disability inclusion 

§  Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated in work practices, set priorities for self and meet required deadlines
