Main job tasks and Responsibility:

Position: Import department assistant

  • repare import document to be ready for customer
  • Update daily report
  • Update daily paid invoice
  • Prepare new job/shipment
  • Check HBL & MBL to be matched
  • Issue and send invoice to customer
  • Assist all customer’s need to pleasant them
  • Be ready to answer customer’s inquiries

Position : Operation

  • Assist operations job
  • Email communicate with related supplier/ customer
  • Arrange document in order
  • Keep document for operation issue
  • Communicate with team work and other department for docs requirements.

Position: Admin

  • Monitoring staff daily attendance  managing leave
  • Update HR database, background
  • Control  maintain files (personnel file, minutes, memo, letter-in-out.. etc)
  • Check  maintenance, clean  tidiness,  daily  of security guard  cleaner
  • Control stationeries, inventories  printings
  • Prepared  any events

Position: Sales

  • Find customers and make a list
  • Call, make appointment, and meeting to offer our service
  • Offer quotation to customer and follow up closely
  • Understand about customer’s need
  • Be skillful in negotiation with supplier and customer
  • Give prompt feedback to any customer’s inquiries without any late or complain

Education and Requirments:

Position: Import department assistant

  • Non-experience are encouraged
  • Able to use computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet, Email)
  • Can speak and write English
  • Good team player
  • Loyalty, honest, enthusiasm, friendly, patient, and respect
  • High responsibility
  • Can work overtime
  • Be pro-active
  • Be able to go outside office sometime

Position : Operation

  • Encourage for those who doesn’t have experience
  • Patient and hard working
  • Good team player
  • Be able to use computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet, Email)
  • Be able to speak English (Chinese if possible)
  • High responsibility

Position: Admin

  • Non-experience are encouraged
  • High responsibility
  • Be mature, loyalty, enthusiasm, friendly, respect
  • Good use  Ms. Office application, internet, email
  • Able to speak and write English
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and attention detail

Position: Sales

  • Good attitude, communication and personality
  • Be patience to work under pressure
  • Able to speak and write English (if additional Chinese more advantage)
  • Be friendly and ready for meeting
  • Be mature, active, loyalty, enthusiasm, friendly, respect
  • Good use  Ms.Office application, internet, email
  • Be able to travel to the field, if any
