Main job tasks and Responsibility:

Main Duties:

  1. Carry out all duties as directed by the ADOS in selling, marketing and promoting the hotel and its services through:          
    1. Direct solicitation – selling of rooms and banquet
    2. Account maintenance
    3. On-going competitor analysis
    4. Planning and implementation of strategies.
    5. Achievement of goals and commitments as by yearly marketing plan.
    6. Representation of the hotel in a professional manner, in accordance with all policies and procedures.
  2. To keep management aware of the overall market situation as to prices and strategies of other Hotels.
  3. Makes daily Sales at least 5 to 6 sales calls
  4. Submits weekly Sales call reports
  5. Attends daily Sales call report meeting with ADOS
  6. Attend Monthly Sales and Marketing presentation
  7. Establishes an effective follow-up system for Sales contacts
  8. Attends training as requested
  9. Promptly qualify all sales leads. Respond within 24-hour to all inquiries, leads and correspondence from prospects, customers and referrals.
  10. Effectively plan calls, maintenance of existing accounts while focusing on new accounts to increase the overall customer base
  11. Adequately service all accounts as assigned by the ADOS
  12. Increase sales to meet or exceed all established sales goals as outlined in the marketing plan
  13. Follow and carry out all established office policies and procedures. Properly maintain all files and accounts to established guidelines (Follow Up System).
  14. React promptly to requests and other assignments
  15. Maintain up-to-date level of communication with the ADOS on a constant basis
  16. Maintain familiarity with and analyze the competition subject to occupancy figures, banquet convention demand and restaurants
  17. Maintain an up-to-date good working relationship with all other departments of hotel operation

Education and Requirments:

1. Holding Bachelors degree
2. At least 2 years experience Related to Sales(prefer hotel industry)
3. Flexible on working long hour and changing shift
4. Speaking and writing fluent English
5. Microsoft office knowledge is MUST.
6. Fully responsible for room and banquet revenue as per KPIs set.
7. Friendly, flexible for working hour, be able to speak and present in public.
