Pachem Dental Clinic is the largest dental clinic in Cambodia with certified its standard by ISO 9001: 2008. Now, we are seeking for potential candidate to fill in the position below:

Main job tasks and Responsibility:

  • Issues all of formal documents to outside and controlled all documents from outside
  • Designed all of formal documents that usages for all activities in PDG
  • Cooperated and contract with other organizations involved with operation
  • Prepared and managed all of official events
  • Managed logistic process, inventory and managed assets
  • Managed and Controlled on process of purchasing activities
  • Prepared Admin Report to CEO
  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation
  • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Administer HR policies and procedures 
  • Administer compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits
  • Support annual salary review
  • Implement and monitor performance management system
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
  • Administer employee discipline processes
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations
  • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions

Education and Requirments:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the related field
  • Bachelor degree on Business Administration, like accounting, finance, marketing, especially in management
  • Knowledge of basis computer skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English
  • Business Administration are advantage
