Responding to the fast growing, we are so proud to provide five vacancies (full time) to qualified candidate as below

Main job tasks and Responsibility:

  • lead construction site work strategically
  • daily report progress work
  • perform risk, value management and cost control; and preparing cost report
  • acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
  • checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
  • ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
  • agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
  • managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
  • liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
  • day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
  • planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
  • overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
  • resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Education and Requirments:

  • bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1-2 years’ experience candidate is preferred.
  • be honest, patient, hard-working and willing to work under pressure
  • good command of English for communication (speaking, writing, listening)
  • creative with good management and interpersonal skills and be fast learner
  • self-motivated, creative, and resourceful
  • result oriented
  • PC skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Outlook etc.)
  • strong organizing skills and to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • self-motivated, creative, and resourceful
  • good communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • strong negotiation skill
  • excellence in people management skill with problem solving skill
